The ECHOS program is offered to Mountain Top Quilters members during the afternoon following the general meeting. Instruction in different techniques or information on how to do various projects is presented. The classes are usually taught by an MTQ member free of charge or for a nominal fee to cover the cost of supplies incurred by the instructor.
ECHOS was devised by Evelyn Russell and run by her and Jimmie Johnson in 2003. Jimmie and B'Anne Younkers have continued to run the program ever since.
