Creative Grids has designed 8 special rulers to be used with 2 1/2 inch strips
sewn together in pairs or as a tube (back to back pairs). Using the various rulers
results in a variety of square or hexagonal blocks. The Quilter's Store in Sedona
and 35th Ave Sew & Vac in Phoenix both had several of the rulers for sale at our
quilt show (at a discount) and they both did small demos. Some of us were captivated
and naturally had to buy a ruler.
Ruler Play Day was an opportunity to use our rulers and learn together. Everyone
had an opportunity to get more familiar with use of their ruler and get inspired with what they could do.
